- To enter the Aya Universe entertainment complex, you can scan the ticket from your phone.
- Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket.
- Aya Universe is open Sunday to Thursday from 10 AM to 10 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 10 AM to 12 AM. The last entry is allowed one hour before closing.
- Visitors are advised to not bring outside food and drinks into Aya Universe. There is a variety of dining options available within the park
- Photography is allowed, and visitors are encouraged to capture their memorable moments. However, commercial photography may require prior permission.
- Entertainment programs may be subject to changes or cancellations without prior notice due to religious occasions or government restrictions. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
